Population of the group of islands

The Biscoe and Pitt Islands are a group of islands in the Kingdom of Sycamore with over 440km squared. The islands are a permanent piece of land of the Kingdom of Sycamore and are completely habitable. With this, the Kingdom of Sycamore is in attempt to create a city on the group of islands as soon as the technology for the country has been created.
