The Bayou Conference 2022 was an official meeting between Andrew Perdomo and Charles Madgett. The two had been planning to meet for months, from December 2022. They had attempted to meet previously at the Strawberry Festival 2022, however it didn't work out. Eventually, they were able to meet on 19 April 2022. That day, Charles went to Pontunia physically, specifically at the residence of the King.

During the conference, minimal actual micronational discussion occurred. The two played Madden 21, which Madgett beat Perdomo at 45 - 43. Additionally, they played a Pokémon game that was cut short, however the de facto victory was given to Perdomo. It was not too eventful, however regardless was praised by the communities of both micronations and was heavily celebrated in the Bayou Sector.
