The Chief Justice of the Micronational Assembly, formerly known as Attorney and Primary Judge, is the senior justice and highest authority on judiciary matters in the Micronational Assembly. The Chief Justice was originally nominated by the Chairman of the Micronational Assembly and approved by the Council of the Micronational Assembly, but has since been confirmed for tenure by the General Assembly following the passage of the Court Reformation Act on 26 January 2024.[1]

| Served extralegally throughout tenure as Diamiter Chase was a council member whilst serving as Chief Justice, something legally prohibited in the Charter of the Micronational Assembly. This was pointed out in the case Connor Shaw v. The Council of the Micronational Assembly, wherein the illegality of Chase's tenure was brought to light which resulted in the prompt removal of Diamiter Chase from the post of Chief Justice.
