The April 2021 Georgienstinian gubernatorial elections were held on 30 April 2021. They were the ninth gubernatorial elections since the founding of the Social Republic of Georgienstine.

The elections resulted in a victory for Georgienstine First. A tie Qaucasia was broken with a coin-toss supervised by the Administrator or the Federal Electoral Committee. This election was also the first one where Georgienstine First candidates did not receive the most votes. This is likely due to the party backing Social Democratic candidates.
