The Anson Bay central business district (Sameran: Anson Bay Nêvarsha Nevús Kómda) is a central business district and the primary area for finance, media, and business services in Anson Bay, Samera. It is located in Wilbera District, Sandwiched between the City Beltway and the Blue Works Freeway, the Anson Bay CBD is currently undergoing large-scale development.
History
The site of the Anson Bay CBD was formerly an area where British industrial factories were located mainly producing rice, tea and carpets. The area was also known for the old Axis Golf Course in the late 20th century before it was demolished in 1997.
