Overview

The American Black Army is an anarcho-socialist community. The only justice system currently in place is the 3rd. Stormtroopers, which enforce civil laws such as preventing murders and enforcing work times. People are under the direct authority of the regionals director, which holds the RDC seat. The economy is growing at speeds never seen before as a collected society is working for the betterment of a nation. They often are watched by Cole Marx personal secret police, the Intelligence Agency of America which apprehends spies and traitors.

The American Black Army is often seen to be civil unlike other attempts of a full-anarchic society. They are beginning to allow civil courts to be remade as well as permanent legislation but it is put on hold until 95% of the population agrees on the matter. The Regional Defense Council is made up of regions that are administrated by the Regional Director. This allows people to get a say in new rules and new issues that may come up and require a solution.
