The conflict began when Anthony II punched Anthony III and said he "messed everything up."

The nation underwent a civil war where there were two factions, the Democratic-Alarians and the Anton-Alarians. The Democratic-Alarians have begun their own nation, Neo-Alaria. The first supposedly non-rigged democratic elections since around August 2020 were held on November 30th, 2020. Anthony II won the vote with an outstanding 66% and Anthony III settling for a 33%. The nation implemented changes to transition to democracy. In the coming days, after Charles Madgett proposed Doctrinism, it was adopted and Alaria became democratic.
