Afrasiyab Jamshaid ECV, born 5 November 2005, was the leader of the Socialist States of Tinakula. He was the vice president of Francisnia, and Vice President of the Krucane Confederation. He was also a founding member of the New Melanesia Project.

However, as of 2021 Afrasiyab has left the micronational community.
