The Administrator and Deputy Administrator of JISA were the highest-ranked officials in JISA, the space agency. The Administrator served as the senior space science officer. According to JISA, the role of the Administrator was to "lead the JISA company, and its team to manage its resources and to advance the goals of the company.
The Deputy Administrator of JISA served as the agency’s second in command and was responsible to the administrator for providing overall leadership, planning, and policy direction for the agency. They represented JISA to the micronational community, NASA, heads of federal and other appropriate government agencies, international organizations, and external organizations and communities. They also oversaw the day to day work of JISA’s functional offices, such as the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and astronauts.
The Head Observer of JISA served as the agency’s third in command, and is responsible for the view and documentation of stars, moons, constellations, and other planets found in the Solar system.
