Act 14 (The Treasury) of the Parliament of Austenasia was an Act of Parliament passed on 8 November 2008 and repealed on 22 September 2011. This Act established the Treasury to oversee the national income of Austenasia.

Law 1 of the Act established the Department of the Treasury (renamed the Ministry of the Treasury in December 2008 and finally shortened simply to the Treasury in February 2009) "to manage the income of the Empire of Austenasia" from taxes and legal fines. Law 2 of the Act established the office of the Chancellor to run the Treasury.

As with all Acts of Parliament passed before the implementation of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, Act 14 was repealed on 22 September 2011. However, the Treasury was maintained with no changes, as said Constitution stated that all government ministries would "retain the functions, powers, duties and structures held before" its implementation.
