The 2nd Medical Regiment is a component of the 2nd Division within the Adammic Army in the Empire of Adammia. It is one of the Military of Adammia's two medical units, and it acts as the military's frontline medic unit, complemented by the 1st Medical Regiment which undertakes a secondary nursing role. Alongside its military duties in Adammia, the unit frequently undertakes civilian roles in the United Kingdom as part of St. John Ambulance in the Birmingham area, and as such its members are trained paramedics. It is led by Colonel Sir Sam Boardman.

The unit was deployed to London in early 2020 by St. John's Ambulance in order to assist with the emergency response to the first wave of the coronavirus pandemic, in which Colonel Boardman was given significant responsibilities. In recognition of this, the regiment was granted Coronavirus 2020 battle honours in September 2022, and Colonel Boardman became the first Adammic serviceman to be awarded the Imperial Medal of Distinction.
