The 2nd Carpentieri Government was the second cabinet of Archduchy of Pinang, from 19 November 2018 to 19 April 2019. The government was led by Esty Carpentieri, former President of Pinang and leader of the Golden Party.

According to the constitution of the archduchy the prime minister remained in office for 5 months, but appointed ministers and their deputy every month, this meant that the prime minister could change ministers and the Deputy Prime Minister during their term.
