Council Minister before election

William Vladiskov
Royal Socialists

Elected Council Minister

James Jacks
Royal Democrats (de jure), Royal Socialists (de facto)

Electoral Structure

Vladiskov allowed for other non-right wing parties to run with little regulation. Parties were no longer required to have "Royal" in their names nor pledge loyalty to the monarch.

Media

Media was a lot stronger with the monarch posting party statements on the social Media Amino. Only three statements were posted and are as follows:

Ehdelen partui opening speech

"Min onlui anir-na gal-i beleg te-o i edhelen kind. Hain gar-ar ed-looks a thenid haer min ideas.

(we only want to maximise the elven culture. They have class and laws far beyond us)"

Royal Democratic party opening speech

"We hope for the citizens of valdieuria to have choices in some degree. They must have free will so let's give them some."

Royal Socialist party

"We must treat our citizens equal. But they can't just run the government with all these choices. We need to unite the people of Valdieuria!"

Logo changes

All parties opted for banners rather than traditional logos, thus all logos were replaced with such/

Candidates

A new party to focus on bringing the fictional culture of the Elvish peoples from The Lord of the Rings. The Edhelen Partui (Literally "Elven Party" in Sindarin) had a single goal to instate Sindarin as a co-official language along with english. Other candidates did not change, as Vladiskov still installed his own main opposition in the Royal Democratic Party. Vladiskov mainly ran under a policy of equality under the law and a stronger government to protect equality. The Royal Democrats ran on a platform of giving the people more choice in a semi-direct democracy under the monarchy.

William Vladiskov

Vladiskov once again ran under his own party as a way to keep power. Vladiskov had little consideration for democracy at this point and began simply appointing his heir as Council Minister(note that heirs in a valdieurian monarchism are elected rather than hereditary)as a way to simply show legitimacy.

Ryan Knight

Once again Ryan Knight ran for Royal Democrats, this time he had not been notified of the election and all quotes or campaigning was done by Vladiskov to create the illusion of an opposition.

Echadrion Edhel

Echarion was entirely fictional and does not exist as a person. The Elvish party was simply used as justification to ratify Sindarin as a co-official language in Valdieuria due to Vladiskovs interest in the language. As a result the only present candidate was Vladiskov himself.

Controversy

This election was particularly controversial as no other candidates besides Vladiskov appeared to exist. Which was partially true as Echadrion was completely fictional while Knight was not notified of this election. Still, even with Vladiskov in control of all parties the Royal Democratic Party won with 60% of the vote. Vladiskov claimed Ryan Knight was unfit to serve and installed his heir, James Jacks, as a de facto Royal Socialist puppet as council Minister.

Essentially the entire election was both fabricated and rigged by the government and leadership.
