The 1999 International Cup was the first edition of this competition organized by the International Federation of Soccer Association, the official venue was The United Socialist States, with Cibercity as the only venue for said event, attended by 12 interactive FISA member teams.
The Competition
The competition was developed in the traditional format of 32 nations divided into 8 groups of 4 each, in order to advance the best two of each group to the next round, to compose the Round of 16, later the Quarterfinals, Semifinals, third place and the Grand Final.
