The 1st Legislative Council of Aenderia is the current legislative council in the Fifth Aenderian Republic and has been since March 7, 2020.

Formation

The 1st Legislative Council was formed after the Sacramento Senate Act, 2020 was passed in the 11th Parliament of the Fifth Republic of Aenderia which led to its dissolution on March 7. The Speaker of the Senate was acting Speaker William Efton until March 13, when he was officially voted as Speaker.
