'정진공동체' is the official korean term for micronation in IMIA, the International Micronation Intelligence Agency, which is a micronational research institute founded in the Republic of Korea(South Korea) in 2016. The term '정진' means 'to proceed towards a standard', literally, and as of here, it means 'aiming to proceed towards an official nation'. So, in total, it means 'a society that aims to proceed towards a official nation or state'.
