Velusia is a department of Bregusland (an Austenasian Crown Dependency) used primarily as a shipping/fishing hub. The area encompasses a large dock (formally known as "Port Superiority") in the rearmost part of the colony. The department was formally a Leased Colony of the Empire of Kyberia from late 2019 to 4 April 2020 when it returned back to native rule.
