Universitas Indokistan is a public university provided by the government of Indokistan. It was established in 2014, and the rector of the university is Farhan Abdurrahman. The university provided three main faculties scattered nationwide.

The university contains three main faculties, each located in a state in Indokistan. The main division are named faculties (fakultas) which further divided into schools (sekolah).

State Book

State Book Buku Negara

"State book" (Buku Negara) is a series of notebooks considered as "official" in Republic of Indokistan, in use since September 2010 until early 2013. The book contains many official writings and notes, that collected from many writings by Indokistani citizens throughout the time period.

History

The State Book is a very reliable notebooks to accomodate many government writings and notes, as well as informal notes and technology designs in the early era of Indokistan. The first usage of the state books were on 16 September 2010, when the original declaration of independence were written. Since that time, the books is on a very frequent use.

One book were vary in size and number of pages, and is ranged from 3 until 6 months until the last page of the books were used. Computerised notes and document processing adopted in full since 2013 ends the entire usage of State Book.

Books

First Series

The books considered to be included in the first series was the books that used between September 2010 October 2010. In total, there are two small books. The contents of these two small books mostly about society in Indokistan before it enters the "real world of micronationalism", reflected on its unserious, comical, and fictional concept of Indokistan.

The book inscribed the first name of the nation, which was named Indostan, that immediately changed to Indokistan on the next page. It also put the first year of Indokistani independence as 1999, which made the first attempt to predict the real date of Indokistani independence difficult.

The first and second book described Indokistan with various government forms and names, from a "communist commonwealth" in the first book, then turned into a "sultanate commonwealth" on the second. On the very first declaration of independence , Indokistan is described as "Commmonwealth of Indokistan". The formal declaration of Indokistani establishment hosted on the second book, only contains name "Indokistan".

The contents of the books mainly describe the "constitution" of Indokistan, with many silly and odd laws. Both books also provided information of many Indokistani state-companies, including a food processor and weapon producer factory. The second book mainly concerns with the national celebrations, fictional historical timelines, and various documents on the national map.

Last pages of the first book were about the enactment of the "first" national constitution, with signature of Farhan Abdurrahman and Dicky L. K.. The second book last pages were about national buildings, including a formerly popular proposal of a "state statue" (tugu negara) in a form of hammer and sickle.

Title page

This is the most prominent feature founded in almost all State Books. The tradition to give title page was started on the second book of the first series of the State Books, when the national flag and state name were written there. The tradition continues until the very last books.

The only book on the second series uses national flag as its title page, while the state name were written below.

The third series of the books contains of three books, which all had a different title page. The first book writer apparently forgot to empty the first page, made the first page contents is about parking arrangements instead of title page. The second book features a drawing about the January Revolution, with the drawing title January Revolution - 19-01-2011. The third book indeed emptied its first page, but the writers then decided to left the page blank.

The book on the fourth series had the national emblem as its title page.

Adventures of Duck

Adventures of Duck and Friends (Petualangan Bebek dan Kawan-Kawan) is a serial of stories created by Nabil Ihsan and his Indonesian friend from 2010 until 2011. The main character of the story is a nameless duck, hence the entire series title. The serial continues until 7 series, when both writers decided to separate, thus new edition of the story cannot be made.

Characters

• Duck is the main character of the story appeared on first, fourth, and seventh series. She is described as innocent-looking and is often victimized by antagonists inside the story. On the first edition, she appeared to be very lucky, survived numerous attempts on her life.
• Keni the Worm first appeared on the second serial. An unlucky worm that killed many people.
• DS and TLL Gangs appeared on third edition only. A rival on their school that waged in an armed conflict.

Beside of these main characters, lots of other figurines often added to the story that involved the main characters. These characters often spanned from a fictional ordinary businessman, butcher and chefs, until real-life characters, such as US President Barack Obama and astronaut Neil Armstrong.

Serials

There are total of 7 serials made, three uses "Duck" character, three uses "Keni the Worm" characters, and another one reserved for "DS-TLL Gangs".

The Blinks

The Blinks (Indokistani Cyrillic: ....) is a comic series created by Nabil Ihsan in 2011. The story mainly tells about the Blinks, someone who has a mole in his face that can explode if got contact with any objects. The story later expands to include a story about an unlucky ghost called Jodi and Ailbeppe Rangers that always done error while pretending that they saves the day.

History

The Blinks actually used to mock Badra Shidqi because of his mole in the left of his mouth. The story later continues and sometimes integrate real-life events, such as distraction caused by him during Indonesian Independence Proclamation and during 30 September Movement in 1965.

The Blinks

An ordinary man that had a mole in his face that can explode if got contact with any things. He somewhat always appear coincidental with various important events in Indonesian history and ruin it. He realizes that he could be a dangerous person if anyone touch his mole so sometimes he warn about it, but people keep touching his mole, accidentally or not.

Jodi the Ghost

A novice ghost called Jodi, an art teacher that committed suicide because none of his students come to his class. After becoming ghost, he vowed to haunt all of his former students. This character only appear for three columns, before replaced by Ailbeppe Rangers.

Ailbeppe Rangers

A group of ten rangers proclaiming themselves as hero that saves the day. But they always failed to do correct things, even ended in a greater problem. As a police, they always failed to identify the victim and the villain, and failed to differentiate between the good thing and the bad one.

Name of Indokistan

Name in other languages

In Chinese, Indokistan was rendered as 印度基斯坦 (Pinyin: yin4du4ji1si1tan3) or its short 印基. The Chinese name of Indokistan first appeared on diplomatic treaty between Indokistan and Schwanensee signed in 2012. Since Chinese language became more popular in capital city Suwarnakarta in 2016, the usage of Chinese name of Indokistan had became more frequent and consolidated on the region.

In Russian, Indokistan was rendered as [..]. It was first used in 2011, mainly because of adoption of Kryllic, a form of Cyrillisation of Indonesian language, the official language of Indokistan.

2016 Malindo Conflict (Indonesian: Konflik Malindo 2016) was a conflict between Excellent and Suwarnakarta Institute and Malindo, still ruled by Ivan Hermawan with his cronies. The conflict started after Ivan staged a referendum to "dissolving" AIM, which had no effect to the organisation since Malindo had no membership status there. After failing to forced AIM to be dissolved, Ivan later staged another harassment against Nabil Ihsan and Theodorus Diaz Praditya, which he claimed that both men establish new religion and spread false news on them.

The conflict ended in 27 July, when Ivan Hermawan was warned by Omar Laode of Fiharaya to discontinue his action, which he automatically obeyed. Ivan later declared his defeat, issuing an "apology" for spreading false news, and disappeared. Ivan disappearance later celebrated by Indonesian micronational community, with President Diaz of Excellent made a speech officially confirmed Ivan Hermawan's death.

Background

Ivan Hermawan, a man that founded Malindo, was found out to be mentally unstable after that information was leaked in 2014, shortly after 2014 Malindo Conflict. Several information also said that Ivan was actually a crippled paedophile and had no control on his hypersexuality. The revelation made Indonesian micronationalists stressed, since they finally realized that they are forced to interact with a crazy man without any common sense. Ivan Hermawan has been largely ignored since 2014 conflict, with Indonesian micronational community refused to accept him at all to the group.

Ivan Hermawan also made several sockpuppets, which he used as a propaganda tool, for example, "Republik Roran" was used to spread information in Malindo and its "mission" on revealing illegal organ trade. Beside of that, these sockpuppets are used to legitimized Ivan's action, by gathering their support on votes, which later was used as a proof that his action has been approved democratically.

People's Council of Indokistan (Indonesian: Dewan Rakyat Indokistan) was the legislative branch of Indokistan during the Federal Republic and the Third Republic era in the end of 2012. It was established after deliberations with Indokistani constituencies at that time, Central Indokistan, Bobodolands, and Al Rasyid Darussalam, when the republic undergo minor reforms to accomodate newly-arrived constituencies.

It was the only bicameral parliament of Indokistan, as usually Indokistani parliaments always unicameral. The People's Council consists of two chambers, the National Senate as the lower house, and the Republic Senate as the upper house. The national government was established in the National Senate that manages national affairs, while the Republic Senate consists of constituent representatives, managing regional affairs.

Flag of Suwarnakarta (Indonesian: Bendera Suwarnakarta) was one of the symbol for the Indokistani federal city of Suwarnakarta. It was created by Nabil Ihsan and immediately made official after the founding of Suwarnakarta as the new capital of Indokistan in early 2013. The flag was called "Triwarna" (English: Tricolour) as the flag consists of three colours divided vertically.

The colours used in the flag (black, green, blue) do not have precisely-defined shades in the law. The colours given in the table below refers to the most commonly used colour shade.

Meaning

The flag consists of three colours equally positioned in a vertical triband. The colours represents Indokistani states and the colours were taken from the main colours of each state flags, with red for Central Indokistan, green for Aziziyah, and blue for Cussex. The flag thus symbolizes Suwarnakarta as the symbol of unity of Indokistan.

Mayor of Jumstraad (Indonesian: Walikota Jumstraad) was a former title of the executive head of Indokistani city of Jumstraad. The position was politically significant since Jumstraad was the most important city of the country, and was also the capital of Indokistan from 2011 until 2012.

Jumstraad mayor was appointed by the prime minister, thus made the mayor a member of the council of ministers.

Reforms in Indokistan

During six years of Indokistani statehood movement, various reform plans were proposed by Indokistani politicians, with success rate of its passing and execution also varied.

The first reform proposal were proposed beginning in August 2012, when the country was plagued by instability and inactivity that resulting on the establishment of the Emergency Government. Succeeding reform proposals made during the Third Republic was failed to be implemented following the secession of Al Rasyid Darussalam from Indokistan. The last reform plan implemented by the Provisional Authority in January 2013 successfully led the country into the formation of the Federal State of Indokistan in 5 July 2013.

Emergency Government

The National Salvation Council proposed a reform plan, as dictated on its decree.

Third Republic

Jendri's Five-years Reform Plan

Indokistani then-president Jendri Mamahit proposed a delicately-designed reform plan, dubbed "Five-years Development Plan" (Indonesian: Rencana Pembangunan Lima Tahun)

Nabil's Reform Plan

As respond on Jendri's proposal, then-chancellor Nabil Ihsan also set his own reform plan. His reform plan was notably more abstract and vague that Jendri's more concrete and clear plan.

Provisonal Government

One of the main point of the provisional government is the reform.

History of AIM

Early years

AIM members repeatedly proposed a micronational summit in 2012 and 2013, all with no success.

On 23 May 2012, Adriansyah Yassin Sulaeman proposed an unified currency for AIM, with no success.

Excellent membership status application was accepted by the General Assembly in 27 November 2012. Excellent would become the oldest active member of AIM as of 2020.

On February 2013, AIM member states agreed on a plan to publish a book on Indonesian micronational movement. The book would be titled "Micronations is not a Separatist" (Indonesian: Mikronasional Bukan Separatis) and all AIM delegates would contribute a section of the book by their own thoughts on Indonesian micronationalism. The proposed book project was discontinued in mid-2013 due to lack of interest.

On 27 February 2013, Tommy Narisworo published his first letter to the General Assembly on proposal to replace the AIM emblem.
