The Kingdom of Léotia the genesis
The kingdom of Léotia was created (not officialy) by Léa Gainville and Léo Behuet two french students in april 24, 2019.
The Kingdom claim all the maritimes areas as sovereign territory.
The kingdom was officialy created the june 28, 2019
The binary constitutional monarchy
The Kingdom of Léotia is a binary monarchy.
A binary monarchy is a monarchy with two sovereigns, The queen Léa 1st and the King Léo 1st "the nation builder".
But they don't be alone to reign, the constitution and the Prime Minister help the sovereigns to reign
