Tyler Hibler is the former Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Dracul and the first Monarch to the Kingdom of Stratton
On 31 October 2018, Hibler joined the Commonwealth of Dracul, to become a part of a well growing established micronation, as well as render his services to the community. On the 30 May 2019, Hibler founded the Kingdom of Stratton, appointing himself as reigning monarch.

Early life
Tyler Hibler was born on 31 December 1999 in the City of Arlington, Texas.
Micronational career
Hibler began his micronation interest, after searching through Google articles relating to such activities. Hibler began his career in Dracul as a State Senator, before becoming the 2nd Secretary of State.
Dracul Resignation
Hibler resigned on the 30 May 2019, after serving several position since 2018. The reason for his departure was said to be related to a newly formed micronation, Kingdom of Stratton.
Personal life
Outside of micronationalism, Hibler is an avid reader, participates in Dungeons and Dragons, and enjoys going to his local church services.
