Twistan or Twiland (Twi: Twi asaase), known under the DSFR's control as the Nedlandic Ghanaian Territory and under the first Paravian control as Gaana, is a department of Nedlando-Khorasan. It consists of two houses in the African nation of Ghana and the surrounding property - one in Kumasi and the other in Accra. It was established on November 18, 2015, and is currently administered by chief Edward Adjei-Prempeh.

When Adjei-Prempeh became a citizen of Nedland on May 8, 2014, and was appointed as the Vice President, his two properties in Ghana were officially declared a dependency of Nedland under the name "Nedlandic Ghanaian Territory."
The Ghanaian Territory was only inhabited once a year by Adjei-Prempeh and his family, when they visited relatives there. Leaving Ghana at the age of three months, Adjei-Prempeh and his parents are all of Ghanaian nationality, and Adjei-Prempeh is one of three Nedlanders who is not an American citizen. One house belongs to his father, the other to his mother.
During the Nedland Controversy, the Ghanaian Territory was originally transferred to Paravia, but, in a diplomatic incident, a confused Stephen of Abelden thought that the land had been rightfully granted to him by Gunderson. The land was ceded to Abelden, and controlled by its Emperor for a grand total of two or three days before Gunderson reverted the deal and restored Abelden with the agreed-upon Cameroonian Territory, which makes up the current Abeldane Nedland.
On November 17, Gunderson officially declared Gaana a dependency of Paravia, and on the 18th, Emperor Patrick I declared it a crown dependency along with Botswanistan. As of yet, Gaana is a temporary name, and may change
When Nedland was declared defunct later that month, Gaana was suspended in a state of anarchy along with all of Nedland but Slovedkia and Abeldane Nedland, however when the region was united by the Republic of Nedland in May 2016, Gaana was officially reincorporated as a dependency into the newly-independent reincarnation. On May 13, it was renamed Twiland and a new flag was designed for it, to represent Nedland's symbolic movement onward from Paravian colonization.
Currently, no one inhabits Gaana, citizen or no. Thus, it was declared a dependency as no one was there to keep it up year-round.
