History

In the period of 2014 to 2016 Theodosiopolis functioned as the embassy of the then Empire of Pavlov to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. HSH Prince Dionisiy I opened negotiations on 19 February 2019 with Emperor Jonathan I on the prospect of joining Austenasia. After discussions on the form of administrative division Theodosiopolis would be, it was annexed as a Town by an Act of Parliament.

In late 2019, Dionisiy and his wife moved from Theodosiopolis to a new home several miles away. Their new residence was annexed to Austenasia as the Harlemum March on 5 December 2019. As a March of Theodosiopolis, Harlemum is administered directly by HSH Prince Dionisiy I and his wife independently of Theodosiopolis Town Council, and Dionisiy represents both Theodosiopolis and Harlemum in Parliament as Representative of the former.
