The name "Uniland" comes form the words Unity and Land. The government believed the name Uniland would represent the Unity of the people within the nation. The name of the country can also be connected to the political structure of the government of the republic as it is a One-Party State the word unity can be used to describe the government, there are no coalitions or arguing parties there is just one party that runs the nation. The government does not see religion as important in modern times and has completely removed its influence in government as well as in every day life, this decision from the government to remove religion from government and every day life was mostly supported by the people of the nation as the populous is completely irreligious. Freedom of religion is guaranteed by the government but the state atheism law passed in 2019 prohibits the practice of religion in public and limits it to designated areas.
