France, officially known as the Second Kingdom of France is a self-declared nation-state claiming all former, and current French territory's. It is considered a restoration of the Bourbons by many people. It is a unitary parliamentary and a constitutional monarchy. It is currently ruled by Louis XI who has a claim on the French Throne
