The Second Dhrubajyoti Roy ministry is the third union council of ministers of the state which was formed on 22 May 2012 following the re-election of Prime Minister Dhrubajyoti Roy to office after his win in the general election. The ministry remained in office until its dissolution on 21 May 2014.

The ministry saw the unprecedented removal of Tanishkaa Patranabish, a long-time Finance minister from the ministry and was being replaced by newcomer Sarala Baishya. Patranabish was appointed as the Minister of Sports in the ministry.
