Samontan is a town of Yunivers, in the Province of Colat.
Etymology
The origin of the name "Samontan" is unknown. Someone believe it could be the surname of the of the first inhabitants.
Geography
It is located in a small valley surrounded by hills. Nearby flows the stream Gerchia.
Infrastructures
In the area the roads are paths and tracks, often impassable. In Samontan there is the biggest church of Yunivers, the Santa Maria Vergine's church.
