Rachel Burklandssen is an American micronationalist and writer who is the Queen of Stabilitas and who served as President of Burkland from July 9, 2011 to May 27, 2018. She is a citizen of the Abeldane Empire and a member of the Alenshkan Regionalist Party. She has also been involved in numerous other micronations to varying degrees.
