Ranks
There are four ranks of the order. This is how it is determined.
- If the Recipent recieved the Award in a Superior State, that person has grants to Level 3 of the Order.
- If the Recipent recieved the Award in a State, that person has grants to Level 2 of the Order.
- If the Recipent recieved the Award in a Territory, that person has grants to Level 1 of the Order.
