Ministry of Justice
Established 4 April 2019
Attorney General Lord Charles Ross, Duke of Occidentia

The Ministry of Justice is the Austenasian government body responsible for law enforcement and providing legal advice and services to the Government.

The Ministry of Justice has four main responsibilities. The first is providing legal advice to the various members and bodies of the Government. The second is supervising the running of the Austenasian Police. The third is providing prosecutors (and, under certain circumstances, defense attorneys) for any trials. The fourth is appointing and overseeing the Magistrates of the Empire.

The Ministry of Justice was established by an Act of Parliament on 4 April 2019. The Ministry is led by the Attorney General, a position which has been held since 13 February 2020 by Manolis Afentoulis, Duke of Thessalia.
