The Imperial and Royal Ministry of Internal Affairs is the government department responsible for policing, emergency management, supervision of local governments, conduct of elections and public administration of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire. It is one of the oldest ministries, created in the Kingdom of Ruthenia, predecessor state of Karnia-Ruthenia.
