Kayla Barton (born 2 June 2004) was the second Prime Minister of Winterspell and has been a recurring member of the Winterspell Parliament.

Early Life and Education
Kayla was born on 2 June 2004 in the United States as the youngest of two children. She currently attends Longmont High School and will graduate in 2022.
Prime Minister
Kayla was elected prime minister of Winterspell with a slim majority on 16 February 2021.
