Jacob D. Deceuninck (born 20 June 2005) is a micronationalist, bassist, and guitarist who is first and current emperor of the Empire of Vulhalin. He was a founding father of Natlin, who served as the first President of Natlin. Jacob also has served as the first Vice President of Tueoedeth, the eighth Chairman of the Micronational Assembly and the first Interior Minister of Faltree. In 2019, Jacob founded the Korp Sector, a community sector in the micronational community.
