His/Her Imperial and Royal Majesty (HI&RM) - with His/Her Royal and Imperial Majesty (HR&IM) sometimes being used as a rarer alternative - is the style used by King-Emperors and their consorts as heads of imperial dynasties that are simultaneously royal.
