The Ijivate of Rikuchar (Ricūtšreb: Idživrež sū Ricūtšar), shortened as Rikuchar, is a planned nation on the Florida and Michigan peninsulas, whose purpose is to be the direct successor state to Huro-Atlantica, and is therefore considered to be founded on the same date. It will lie in the Tampa Bay Area, and will consist of one small region of Pinellas County. Rikuchar will also include one small territory in the southern peninsula of Michigan. These territories will have a total combined land area of 3.03 acres. Despite the fact that Rikuchar is only planned, it is already claiming land and allowing a few citizens to join.

The Rikuchreb government is designed to be a Standard Ijivate, but is currently a Quasi-Dictatorship due to the fact that Ijiv Netwafeczrā I is the only government official.

Upon its official establishment, Rikuchar will take over the position of Huro-Atlantica as a member of the currently dormant De Soto Confederation, which Ijiv Netwafeczrā I plans to revive as a community of central Floridian nations.

The native name of Rikuchar, Ricūtšar, is derived from the term Racuajetar, the Racuajetrab name for the Union of Asermia. The original name for Rikuchar was to be Rihidžer, a modified version of the Late Rakwiktrab word Raptøxar, a term of unknown origin that was used to represent Huro-Atlantica in the later part of its existence.

The Federation Era

On December 30, 2012, the defunct Union of Asermia was re-established as a constituent nation in the Northern Federation of Occidental Republics (NFOR), a successor nation to the Republic of Hillsborough. New land in Alaska and Michigan was annexed, and the central states expanded.

Unfortunately, the States of New Canada were growing smaller, and the idea of a union inside a union angered the leaders. Soon afterwards, the States of New Canada collapsed, and NFOR retracted its claims down to the Tampa Bay area, slightly smaller than the European nation of Liechtenstein. The territory was then incorporated into the United Federation of Huro-Atlantic Republics, whose name was later shortened to the Huro-Atlantic Federation.

The Huro-Atlantic Era

Following the establishment of the Republic of Huro-Atlantica on June 16 of 2013, the government experienced a long period of inactivity, similar to the Cold Era of 2012. In late August, the government began to come back to life, with a revision of the Rakwiktrab language and a small retraction of claims. On November 18, 2013, the Democratic Republic of Leylandiistan began to compose a treaty of diplomatic relations with Huro-Atlantica, and on the 19th of the same month, the first draft of the Huro-Atlantic Declaration of Independence was written, thus ending yet another period of national inactivity.

On December 2, 2013, the Declaration of Independence was finalised and brought to the House of the National Assembly for review. All members signed and agreed that version was final. An official television station was also established. Most of the period from December 2013 to May 2014 was quiet, with little progress made in the government.

On May 27, 2014, Huro-Atlantica and its close ally, the Cockatiel Empire, united to form a union of autonomous nations, known as the De Soto Confederation. The confederation was inspired by the now defunct States of New Canada.

The Current Era

On October 10, 2014, the main constituent of Huro-Atlantica's Social Communications Network was compromised, resulting in another long period of governmental dormancy. During this period, the modern Rikuchreb language came into being. Sometime in late April 2015, Vrokă initiated a proposal to create a new government that would replace Huro-Atlantica. Among the changes were the implementation of the Ijivate government, a definite system of laws and regulations, and a hierarchy of congresses through which all decisions would be passed. Vrokă came to call it Rikuchar. In May, the official disestablishment date for Huro-Atlantica was decided, and its government was removed entirely. In addition, the primary development phase of Rikuchar's government and culture began. On the 28th of May, Rikuchar retracted its claims to include only Gi'rikronü and Lajrebe'ronü.

Rikuchar runs under a Standard Ijivate. In this system, the Ijiv holds a lifelong term in office (mainly for Ijiv Netwafekzră I, the current Ijiv of Rikuchar, who believes that only he truly knows the exact purpose of the nation.). The Standard Ijivate runs on an entirely democratic system, one that consists of 4 governmental levels through which all acts of government must pass through in order to become official.

Law and Order

Rikuchar currently bases its laws off of the currently incomplete Huro-Atlantica Document of Law.

Accepted Religions

Except for Scientology, which the Rikuchreb government classifies as a cult, All Religions are counted as official. Pantheism is the de facto majority religious standpoint.

Rikuchar, being a neutral nation, does not possess a military, nor does it have a sufficient population to constitute the creation of a "Backup" military.

The Rikuchreb Calendar is a 5-month season-based calendar. The months are an average of 73 days long and span the following dates on the Gregorian Calendar:

Name Start End
Jøze January 1 March 17
Ogscesc March 18 May 26
Cadtab May 27 August 7
Cadwū August 8 October 19
Cebsan October 20 December 31

The official language of Rikuchar is Rikuchreb (formally Expanded Rikuchreb), a member of the Asermian language family. The method of translating from English into Rakwiktrab is via a complex multi-tiered substitution cipher whose string is a closely guarded secret.

Geography and Climate

Rikuchar posesses two climates, as it has 2 distinct components. Giricronū has a humid tropical climate, with cool winters and hot summers, and experiences large but short-lived thunderstorms on a routine basis, some lasting only minutes. Giricronū is also affected by an urban heat island created by the large neighbouring cities of Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Ladžreberonū has a mild climate, experiencing cold winters and warm summers. It can become overcast in Lajrebe'ronü for up to 5 days before any storm arrives, and said storm can last for hours or even an entire day. Ladžreberonū sits far from any large city, but does experience a minor heat gain from nearby Adrian.

Foreign Relations

Despite the fact that Rikuchar is still only a developing entity, it has already signed treaties of alliance with other nations. Any quotes or laws on this page are not to have their spelling or grammar corrected in any way, as it compromises the validity of said quote or law. Rikuchar has strict policies when regarding the establishment of foreign relations, as well as distinct definitions of what each type of foreign relation is.
