The Governor General of Kaleido (Tagalog: Tagapangasiwang Pangkalahatan ng Haring Bayang Kaleido) is, according to the Constitution of Kaleido, the chief executive of the government, and the head of state of the Kaleido (Kaleido). The Constitution [1] provide for election of the Governor General by direct, secret ballot, ending the indirect leadership elections conducted by the preceding government. The Governor General is directly elected to a five-month term with re-election. If a gubernatorial vacancy should occur, a successor must be elected within ten days, during which time presidential duties are to be performed by the President of the National Assembly or other senior cabinet members in the order of priority as determined by law. While in office, the chief executive lives in N210 (the "Room N210"), and is exempt from criminal liability (except for insurrection or treason).

On March 4, 2014, Japhet Palmejar became the second-term and current governor general.
