The government of the Pineland Commonwealth was the governing collective body of the country. It did not strictly differentiate between the classic 3 divisions of power executive, judicial and legislative.

The highest office of the state and the government was the Democratic Federal Assembly.

A central committee governed the country when the Assembly is not in session. The Central Committee of the Commonwealth was composed of departments which handle the day-to-day affairs of the country. The Committee Departments act as ministries and were elected directly by the Democratic Federal Assembly.
