The Honourable, Major Evan Irwin, 1st Viscount Mervustan is a Roscamistan Political leader and Soldier, is the older brother of Captain James Irwin and was the 2nd Prime Minister of Mervustan from the 28th of June 2021 to 3rd of November 2021, when he was declared incapacitated and David Moore was appointed Prime Minister. He also is noted for his help in creating the Mervustan militia
history in the Affairs of Roscamistan
As the older brother of the inaugural Prime Minister of Mervustan Captain James Irwin, it was long expected he would succeed his younger brother as the Prime Minister, but before he could succeed his brother, Mervustan and the provincial premiership were abolished in favour of the directly ruled Mervue-Renmore, but that entity was also abolished when the Mervustan province was remade and the Premiership was remade with it, with Evan as the new Prime Minister of Mervustan, and the 1st Chairman of the Mervustan Authority. He was subordinate to the Administrative Officer of Mervustan until the 3 November 2021, when he was declared incapacitated, and David Moore was appointed Prime Minister and Dean Merrit as Deputy Prime minister
Personal life
Lord Mervustan was born in 2007 and is the older brother of James Irwin, who was the 2nd President of Roscamistan from the 18th of May 2021 and the 1st Prime Minister of Mervustan from the 27th of April 2021 and resigned from both positions on the 23rd of June 2021.
