Overview
Emperor Norton II was born on October 25, 1977 in Monmouth, Illinois. He has lived in Monmouth most of his life, and currently works as a residential care assistant.
Imperial Career
On August 1, 2007, Shawn Bale Declared himself as Norton II, Emperor of the American Union. For a while afterward he issued various proclamations aimed at the betterment of his beloved country, until he later founded the Imperial Government of Norton II in Exile.
He has gone on to found the Forums of the Imperial Government, pass multiple Acts of Parliament by Royal Proclamation, as well as create and run the Ministry of Immigration and Archives.
