The Constitution of Liber is the supreme law in Liber that outlines the political system in Liber. However, the constitution is still under drafting and incomplete. The Constitution Act will put the constitution in force. The preamble mentions the April 19 Revolution and May 18 Democracy Movement, the two major democracy movements in South Korea. The Constitution is consisted of the bill of rights and WIP articles.
