Lord Charles Aelred Raphael Ross, Duke of Occidentia, Prince-elector of Phokland is an American born Austenasian-Phoklandian Micronationalist, Colonial Administrator and Historian serving as Governing Commissioner of the Bregusland Colony and Official Historian of the Empire of Austenasia. In addition, Lord Ross serves as the Austenasian Consul in Arizona and as Prince-elector for the Phoklandian Free State.

Personal life
Outside of micronationalism, Lord Charles Ross spends a majority of his free time either researching history or writing. In addition, he is a huge fan of film and enjoys watching movies either at home or at the cinema. Lord Charles also works as the Official Historian for the Empire of Austenasia and though this is considered by many to be a "job", he considers it a fun task.
Early years
Lord Ross was born in Arizona. The son of a former politician, he demonstrated a fondness of history and politics from an early age. This eventually accumulated in the form of his first micronation, the Kingdom of Rosston.
Micronational career
Ross began his micronational carrier in 2007 when he created/ran the Kingdom of Rosston in the playground of his primary school until it's dissolution in 2013. Following the restoration of Rosston (now renamed Phokland), he was selected as Prime Minister of the now defunct People's Republic of Phokland in December of 2017. From there he became the monarch of the Principality of Phokland, a position that later evolved into Viceroy for the Viceroyalty of Phokland then to Tsar of the Tsardom of Phokland and finally State President of the Phoklandian Free State. He continued with Phokland until early 2020 after a spat with the government, he decided to lessen his involvement in Phoklandian affairs and dedicate more time into the Austenasian government.
Austenasian involvement
On 14 March 2019, Charles became a non-residential subject of the Empire of Austenasia after founding the Austenasian Territory of Bregusland, which he administers as its Governor as Lord Charles Ross, Duke of Occidentia. He also became the Austenasian Consul in Arizona.
