Bruce Cooper is an Australian-born Draculian micronationalist, politician and civil servant who presently holds multiple positions within the Commonwealth of Dracul, both political and non political. Prior to joining Dracul, he served in other micronations, both as a leader, and as a common citizen. He currently serves as Mayor of the Draculian capital of Bran and as the Director of the Dracul Department of Naturalization. He is also the Dean of Students for the online Stephen the Great University, an unaccredited micronational university. Bruce also acts as a dispatcher for the Dracul Emergency Services.
Early life
Bruce was born on the 20th of November 2006 in the Melbourne suburb of Carlton in Victoria, Australia. The son of an Emergency Management Official, Bruce spent the majority of his time growing up in the south of Australia.
Micronational career
Bruce entered micronationalism when on the 24th of June 2017 he established the People's Republic of Confidenciea in a park nearby his childhood home. This nation was unorganized and immature in nature, therefor in mid-2019, he left Confidenciea and joined the Commonwealth of Dracul, quickly rising through the social ranks of the nation and associating himself with the country's ruling group.

Outside of micronationalism, Cooper spends most of his time researching aviation, practicing martial arts, exercising and hanging out with friends over Discord.
