The Blackhorse cabinet took office on 10 October 2018, after being confirmed by the fourth Parliament of Sabia and Verona, elected at the 2018 general election. It was formed by Andrew Blackhorse, leader of the Liberal Party.

It is officially known as the 10th government. It is the third cabinet to be formed under the Constitution of 2017.
