Barbettian

Overview
The Empire of Barbettia has its own language, but is only spoken by the highest government officials and monarchs. This language is called Barbettian, and is a fully functional language that the officials of Barbettia have created and learned. The Barbettian language is unique in many ways, and is often referred to as a beautiful language by Barbettians and non-Barbettians alike.
