The 2008 International Cup was the fourth edition of this competition organized by the International Federation of Soccer Association, tThis would be the first time that the then two-time champion organized his first International Cup, Brazil 2008 had a total of 10 stadiums in 8 different cities.

The Competition

The competition was developed in the traditional format of 32 nations divided into 8 groups of 4 each, in order to advance the best two of each group to the next round, to compose the Round of 16, later the Quarterfinals, Semifinals , third place and the Grand Final.
