The 1st Medical Regiment is a reserve medical unit within the Adammic Army in the Empire of Adammia. It is one of the Military of Adammia's two medical units, filling a secondary nursing role to complement the 2nd Medical Regiment's paramedic role. It is led by Colonel Madam Emily Huffer.
Part of the 2nd Division from 2017 to 2020, it was later redesignated as a reserve unit due to inactivity.
