The Austenasian Under-Secretary for the Environment is an official of the Home Office who is in charge of the Environmental Agency of the Empire of Austenasia. The Under-Secretary for the Environment is therefore responsible for the conservation of the natual environment and resources of Austenasia, and the administration of the Imperial Geographical Society. The holder of the position is appointed by the Home Secretary.

Prior to November 2016, the Environmental Agency was a government ministry as the Environmental Office. During this time, the position of Under-Secretary was known as Minister for the Environment, and held a seat in the Cabinet of Austenasia.

Responsible for the Palm Act 2014, which outlawed the Austenasian trade, importation and exportation of palm oil and palm kernel oil due to its anti-environmental and unsustainable production (Lord C. had been campaigning to make palm oil banned in Austenasia for months prior to this, and palm oil had been unofficially banned in his home-town of Lichtenstein for years prior). Created a message to the population and all subjects explaining and justifying the ban. Resigned upon Lichtenstein rejoining the United Kingdom.
