The Praesent House is a Micronation founded on 25/8/2011 by Haley Euphemia Ashley Praesent. The Praesent House Micronational Empire is Classified as a 6th/5th World Nation and was a Part of the Organisation of Active Micronations. It founded and Participated within The Oceania Treaty for Fascist, Communist and Technocratic MicroNations (OTFCTMN) for a while until the Treaty was renamed The Oceania Treaty for The Rights of Micronational Citizens.
Etymology
The Name Praesent came from the Latin word for Home referring to the fact that it is the home of people seeking change.
History
The Praesent House was Founded on 25/8/2011 By Haley Euphemia-Ashley Praesent under the name of The Scientific Monarchy on the 1st of September that same year the micronations name was changed to the The Empire of The Praesent House Imperial Republic. Citizenship Population grew from 2 to 6 in three days(25-28). On Tuesday 13 September 2011 at 4:36 pm the moto was changed from "Munda mundi et cupiditas mali" to "Purgare malum et cupiditatem rerum. Enim speciei superstes" which translates to English as "To cleanse the world of Evil and Greed. For the survival of our species" as the goals to the micronation is to insure the future of the human species. On 13 of September Major Discussion started into the Constitutional Law. Also on the same day the population was redetermined as 3 people left the micronation citizenship list so the population was recalculated at 3. On the 5th of the 3rd month 2012 the empire name was changed to The Holy Disllusionist Empire of The Praesent House Imperial Technocratic Socialist Republic. Since 20/1/2012 Citizen's have steadaly increased. On the 1/7/2012 the Empire Officially Dissolved only to be replaced with The New Holy Disillusionist Empire of The Praesent House Imperial Technocratic Socialist Republic.[1]
Government and politics
The Empire of The Praesent House is Currently under a Government System in Which Empress Haley Euphemia-Ashley Praesent First Imperial Leader and Absolute Ruler of The New Holy Disillusionist Empire of The Praesent House Imperial Technocratic Socialist Republic came up with and is still working on it. It is currently Known as Praesenticracy which Essentially a Imperial Republic With Technocratic Socialism Tendency's. Currently The Government Operates on Praesenticracy Version 2.5 also known as Praesent Technocratic Socialism Version 3.5.

Legislature
This Branch of Govt is Responsible for the Writing of new Laws and Bills.
House of Representitives
This is made up of the "Faces" of the Legislature branch all new bills must go through this section before going to the Primary Senate. This has two registered Political Factions/Party's The Praesentium Imperial Communist Party and The Praesentium Technocratic Socialist Party.
Primary Senate
This Level of the Legislature Branch is made up by the Praesent Red Party and Praesent Green Party. Here is the second step of any bills journey to being official law within The Holy Disillusionist Empire of The Praesent House Imperial Technocratic Socialist Republic. Once it has been reviewed here they have the right to send it back to the House of Representatives to be rewritten or refined or to allow it on its way to the Secondry Senate.
Secondry Senate
Here there are two political party's as well Praesent Technocractic Party and Praesent Imperial Party. As with the Primary Senate there job is to refine the law before it comes into the Executive Branch to be signed into law they can send it all the way back to the House of Representatives if not approved.
Executive
This Branch is in Charge of running of the Empire The President is in Charge of This Section and is Democratically Elected.
Juridical
This Branch is Responsible for Serving out Consequences and other Law Based events.
Praesentium Economic
This Section is in the section to develop the Socialist Property's of The Empire.
Lower Nobility
This Branch is to Overlook the 4 previous Branches and to take full control over these branches if Undefined Emergency occurs. This Branch is made of two Lower Royal Family The Head of The Ûnis Family is currently Brodie Hislop Ûnis. The Leader of these Family's often have the Title of Count/Countess or King/Queen lower then that is Sir, Baron/Baroness.
Upper Nobility
This Branch has Absolute Authority to Override the Decisions of the lower Classes and consist of only the Praesent Family. At the Top of This Family The Title available is Emperor/Empress or God/Goddess other then that most in this Family have the Title Prince/Princess or if in control of a Prefecture they may have the Title of Viceroy.
Consul Chancellor
A Member of the Government that is has power of both the Executive Branch and Legislature branch.

Some of the most notable laws is Democratic Processes are partitioned from non democratic processes such as laws dictated by Imperial Leaders these laws are called Imperial Ordinance within the Empires Constitution. Another most notable law is Same Sex Marriage within Empires Recognition.
Foreign relations
Imperial Leaders and Consel Chancelor function as Foreign Relations Minister.
Military
Minister of Defense is Coen Carius. He is in charge of Praetorian Guard the Structure which is used as the official Military and Disease Response teams. The Minister of defense is at the top of the structure followed by Vice Minister, High Knights, Lesser Knights, Praesent Bureau of Intelligence (PBI), Praesent Disease Response Force (PDRF), Praesent Policing and Civil Systems (PPCS).
