Aeterna Lucina
The Sovereign State of Aeterna Lucina was an Australian micronation that was founded on 27 January 1978 by Paul Baron Neuman, a German-born pensioner who included "Baron" in his name by deed poll and claimed to have received hundreds of chivalric and academic honours. Aeterna Lucina came to public attention in 1990 when several people associated with it, including a leading Sydney businessman, faced fraud charges in the New South Wales court system relating to visa and land sale offences. The micronation existed until the death of Neuman in the 1990s.
Airrecú, Republic of
In 1993, the Costa Rican government granted land rights to settlers in an area also claimed by Nicaragua. A short dispute between the two countries ended with Costa Rica acknowledging that the territory in fact belonged to Nicaragua, and promising to remove the settlers. The settlers, however, refused to leave, and in June of that year declared independence as the Republic of Airrecú, the name of which means "friendship" in a local native language. The Nicaraguan Armed Forces immediately descended upon the area and forced the settlers back into Costa Rica.
Al Rasyid Darussalam, Sultanate
The Al Rasyid Darussalam was an Indonesian micronation founded in 2007 band was ruled by Abdul Rasyid I. Al Rasyid Darussalam was relatively active but in a short period when the country merged with Indokistan from September to December 2012. After conflicts between the Sultan and the Royal Council, the Sultan power was heavily curtailed in early 2013. Presumed to be dissolved after an isolationist policy was set in early 2014, with no single information about Al Rasyid Darussalam activities was known afterwards.

Angador
The Kingdom of Angador, renamed to the Prosia of Angador shortly before its dissolution, was an American micronation based in Kentucky that was founded on 26 January 2008 by James O'Cobhthaigh, an American teenager who claimed to be descended from Irish kings and who ruled the micronation as High King James I. Despite claiming a population of over 9000, James is thought to have been the only actual member of the micronation. Angador was dissolved by its founder on 15 April 2011.
Annina Kravat, Principality of
The Principality of Annina Kravat was a Canadian micronation led by Princess Anna I, established a few months after the creation of the nearby Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun (then known as Moya Kravat) in June 2009 in response to the foundation of the latter. The micronation was conquered by Gishabrun in May 2010 after a war fought over jurisdiction over a furnace vent.
Antarctica, Federated States of
The Federated States of Antarctica was a micronation founded on 25 January 2009 by Alaskan David Powell which aimed to put forward a plan for colonising Antarctica as a new sovereign state founded on liberal and socialist values. Due to the inability of its members to reside within their territorial claims, activity by the micronation is assumed to have taken place primarily online, the last record of which was in early September 2011.
Antarctica, People's Republic of
The People's Republic of Antarctica was a micronation founded on 18 August 2010 by an individual living in California. Claiming Marie Byrd Land, there is no trace of this micronation having engaged in any activity beyond a day after its date of foundation.
Antarctica, Republic of
The Republic of Antarctica was founded in November 2004, claiming an unknown part of the Antarctic continent. Later renamed the International Republic of Antarctica, the micronation collapsed at some point in mid-2005.
Antverpia, Islamic Republic of
The Islamic Republic of Antverpia was a Dutch micronation founded in 2002 by Frans and two others, envisaged as an Islamic theocracy with an aim of presenting a positive side of Islam to the world after 9/11. The micronation collapsed in 2003 due to governmental stagnation after an election.
Aramoana, Independent State of
The Independent State of Aramoana was a micronation which existed in New Zealand in the early 1980s. On 23 December 1980, residents of an environmentally sensitive area on South Island known as Aramoana declared independence from New Zealand in protest at plans which called for the demolition of two villages to build a large smelting facility. When the plans for the facility fell through in October 1981, the micronation lost its reason for existing and collapsed soon afterwards.
Arkapore, Gerontocracy
The Gerontocracy of Arkapore was founded in January 2014 after Tian Abdurrahman declares its predecessor Barakstani independence from Indokistan. Successfully develop the country to became one of the most advanced inside Indonesian sector. Collapsed after the death of Tian Abdurrahman in September 2019, as no other Arkaporean citizens took over leadership from Tian.
Ayvea
Ayvea was a North American micronation founded in January 2008 by the military of an earlier micronation, New Prussia, which had been founded several months previously. New Prussia continued to exist alongside Ayvea, albeit much diminished, led by a Marshal Vauss until being disbanded in 2010. Ayvea itself was led by a Marshal Haydn and his Ayvean Guard. The last known activity by the micronation was on 30 September 2010, when its MicroWiki article was edited; it became defunct at some point over the next four years, with a deletion request being made for said article on 20 September 2014. Ayvea also counted amongst its members a Lieutenant Bukovic and a Sergeant Keller.
Azistan, Republic of
The Republic of Azistan was a British micronation that had collapsed by 14 December 2013; although it claimed to have been founded on 12 December 1998, the earliest evidence of its existence is the creation of a short article on MicroWikia on 19 October 2013. Due to the short time it took from the creation of this article for the micronation to become defunct, it is likely that the 1998 date was fabricated. A single party state led by a President William Lendl, it claimed a population of 21.

Baránok, Federal Republic of
The Federal Republic of Baránok was established on 22 April 2018 and had gone through many forms over its existence. It was dissolved on 27 January 2021 after a period of political unstability and after most of the citizens completely lost interest in the nation.
Bascal, State of
The State of Bascal, previously known as the Land Republic of Bascal, was a Malaysian micronation founded on 7 January 2009 by Amir Syafiq, who claimed a small region in the middle of Terengganu. Syafiq declared Bascal to be dissolved on 15 November 2014 due to personal problems and the lack of a successor.

Bumbunga, Province of
The Province of Bumbunga was an Australian micronation which purported to be an autonomous British colony. It was founded by British-born Alex Brackstone, and consisted of a farm owned by him in South Australia. The micronation was declared independent from Australia on 29 March 1976 in response to rising republican sentiment after the 1975 Australian constitutional crisis in an attempt to ensure that at least part of Australia would always remain loyal to the British monarchy, later embracing humanitarian and anti-nuclear themes. Bumbunga issued stamps from 1980 until 1987, after which the micronation slid into inactivity and obscurity. With the micronation's commercial endeavours gradually abandoned, the last known activity by Bumbunga was in 1999, when Brackstone unsuccessfully attempted to claim immunity from prosecution on the grounds of his status as Governor of Bumbunga after being charged with illegal firearms offences. Homemade signs identifying Brackstone's farm as Bumbunga still existed in June 2006, but all activity by the former micronation has long since ceased.

Canines, United Nation of
The United Nation of Canines, abbreviated as UNC, was a micronation which claimed to have been founded on 27 July 1991 by one Lucus Walker, who served as the micronation's first president. It is impossible to verify if the history of the UNC genuinely stretched back that far, but it is known to have been active from late 2008 until late 2009 on MicroWikia. Dogs appear to have been culturally important to the micronation.
Celtabria, Kingdom of
The Kingdom of Celtabria was a micronation of which very little record remains. All that is known of it is that it was added to MicroWikia's list of active micronations on 21 December 2006, moved to its list of defunct micronations on 27 February 2007, and then re-added to the list of active micronations on 8 May 2007, remaining on both lists until they were made into separate articles in late 2008. According to listofmicronations.com, Celtabria was a virtual micronation, i.e. with no physical manifestation in the "real" world, but said website claimed the same about other micronations for which that was not the case.
Cheslovian Federation
The Cheslovian Federation, formerly and still sometimes referred to as Kaznia, was a micronation which existed in various forms from 11 March 2003 until its collapse in late 2012. Originally founded as the Amtin Federation after breaking away from an earlier micronation known only as "The Tribe", it changed names to Russland and then Versillies before becoming Kaznia in late June 2006 and Cheslovia on 1 November 2008, the latter two names being those by which it is most often known. Founded by Urosh Dushanov (a pseudonym), Cheslovia claimed roughly 185 square kilometres of land to the north-east of Oxford, over which very little it exercised any actual control. For much of its later existence, the micronation claimed 144 citizens; although this number cannot be verified, it is clear that there were far more people involved in Cheslovia than Dushanov alone. The culture of the micronation was heavily based on that of Russia, using Russian-style names and even creating a constructed language with the Cyrillic alphabet. The micronation was divided into eighteen autonomous republics, which traded with each other using a Cheslovian currency. Cheslovia was a highly influential micronation within the MicroWiki Community during much of the Conflict Era (i.e., January - August 2009), but activity within the micronation is thought to have decreased throughout 2010 and 2011 to the point where it was effectively defunct by early 2012. In late July 2012, Dushanov announced the creation of a 2nd Cheslovian Federation, but this endeavour seems to have been swiftly abandoned.
Cocos Islands
Between 1827 and 1955, the Cocos Islands were ruled as a private fiefdom by the Clunies-Ross family. Scottish sea captain John Clunies-Ross arrived on the islands in 1827 and established a settlement there, employing Malay workers to harvest coconuts and building up a business empire. The press referred to him as "King of the Cocos Islands", a title which he adopted as "King Ross I" and passed down to his descendants. In 1886, Queen Victoria herself granted title to the islands in perpetuity to Ross III, grandson of John Clunies-Ross. The rule of his descendants lasted until 1955, when Australia took over administration of the islands from King Ross V, who shared the name of his great-great-grandfather. His ownership of the islands and coconut business continued, however, until 1 September 1976, when he was forced to sell the islands to Australia for £2.5 million. In 2007, the islands were still home to over 350 ethnic Malays, the descendants of the original plantation workers. By this time, the former Ross V lived in Perth, with his son Johnny - the would-be Ross VI - living in a bungalow on the islands.
The Republic of Cubia was led by Great Leader Llanfairpwllgwyngyll and lasted just a year during the COVID-19 pandemic, presumably as a way to pass time.

Drastharaya, Kingdom
Drastharaya was founded in October 2014 as an amalgamation of Arkapore, Omahkulon, and Nauli that united to form a personal union. Drastharaya was an absolute and elective monarchy with Tian Abdurrahman as the federal monarch. Its establishment was seen as an attempt to counter Indokistani hegemony inside Indonesian sector. Drastharaya collapsed in March 2015 due to rivalry among member states. While Omahkulon and Arkapore reestablished as an independent micronation, Nauli also collapsed shortly after.

Indokistan, Federal State of
Federal State of Indokistan was the last incarnation of Indokistani statehood movement which history can be traced back to 2010, when Republic of Indokistan was founded by Farhan Abbas, Dicky L. K., and Mustafa Hakim. The micronation successfully grown into one of the strongest inside Indonesian and Southeast Asian micronational community, with vast landclaims and diversity thanks to government policy on aggressively merging countries to Indokistan. Indokistan also known with its innovations and achievements, especially on their politics, culture, and foreign affairs. Because of severe inactivity, the federal government decided to disband the micronation on 5 July 2016, exactly 3 years since the foundation of the Federal State, in hope that the action would dispel any confusion about the country's situation for the intermicronational community.

Los Bay Petros, Federal Republic of
Los Bay Petros was founded in October 2008 and ever since led by Adriansyah Yassin Sulaeman. Los Bay Petros developed itself into one of the most successful micronation in Indonesian sector, with vast landclaims, technological advances, and with largest number of citizens inside the sector. Successfully placed itself as an example for fellow micronations inside the sector, Los Bay Petros suddenly cuts all communication from micronational world in September 2014, with their last communication was done during the forming of the proposed country Madyaraksa.

The United Empire of Mikhaelium was a Dutch micronation founded by an Emperor Mikhael I. The micronation was in existence in 2011, but was likely not founded very long before that, and dissolved in early 2015. The population numbered between ten and fifteen, and as well as claiming land in the Netherlands the micronation also had Antarctic and extraterrestrial claims.

Pejaten, Republic
The Republic of Pejaten was founded as United Indonesian States of Sapu Lidi by Aaron Penyami in 2018. Aaron had pioneered the foundation of Strada sector when his friends began to established their own micronations, and successfully led Pejaten to became the most important micronation in the sector. After repeatedly complained of declining national activities and citizens' participation, Aaron declared Pejaten dissolved on 4 April 2020, yet promised to set a new micronational project in the future.

The Democratic Republic of Sprinske, often shortened to West Sprinske was founded on 3 August 2021 after a major dispute between the Emperor of the Sprinske Empire and the General, who was also the former King of the Sprinske Communist Republic. The dispute turned into a heated argument, and eventually became the Sprinske Civil War, which was triggered by the secession of West Sprinske. After several naval battles, the Sprinske Empire was victorious, and West Sprinske was effectively gone by December 2021, but as there was no official treaty, the nation continued to exist until the signing of the Treaty of Rio De Sprinske in August 2022, despite inactivity for months. After the nation's dissolution on 17 August 2022, whatever was left of it became the present-day People's Democratic Republic of Sprinske

Sunda Raya, Democratic Republic
The Democratic Republic of Sunda Raya was established on 27 February 2014 after a successful revolution led by Lintang Matahari Hasan that became the chairman of the federal presidium. Established in the same period when Indonesian micronations began to tolerate socialist and communist government, which allowed Sunda Raya to engage in diplomacy with fellow Indonesian micronations. Sunda Raya consists of 5 federal subjects scatterred in Southeast Asia, and successfully implement socialist government programme and policy. Lintang declared Sunda Raya dissolution on 20 June 2018 after months overwhelmed by non-micronational activities.

Trilum, Kingdom of
The Kingdom of Trilum was a micronation based in southwestern England. It declared independence on 1 March 2018, but its last known activity came just under a week later with an edit on MicroWiki on 6 March. It claimed three monarchs - King Noah I, Lord Sandhu, and Lord Trex - who are likely to have reigned jointly rather than successively.
