The Intermicronational Court of Law was the legal organ of the Organisation of Active Micronations. Membership in the Court was open to any member of the OAM, but only nations that ratified the court's charter would be members. Adam I, James Wilary and Zachary Smith were the judges of the first and only court, which was elected in September 2011. Adam I, the Überstadti delegate to the OAM at the time, served as the Chief Justice. A charter was written by the judges, but only a handful of nations ratified it due to the rampant inactivity in the organization at the time. Judge Smith resigned at about this time. The Court never heard any cases, and was disestablished along with the OAM.
