The Great Empire of Dikameppra (French: Grand Empire des Dikameppra, Russian: Великая империя из Дикамеппрa) was a micronation based in Devon Island, Kadykčan, Mednyj, the former Principality of Pripyat' and Rasshua.
Etymology
The name Dikameppra came from the acronym of territories that merged into this empire (Devon Island,Kadykčan,Mednyj,the former Principality of Pripyat' and Rasshua).
History
On the 3rd of March 2015, territories of Devon Island, Kadykčan, Mednyj, the former Principality of Pripyat' and Rasshua decided to unite into onemicronation, called "Great Empire of Dikameppra".
Since the same day, the Great Empire of Dikameppra has had mutual recognition and diplomatic relationships with the Empire of Mars, the Grand Duchy of Prussia, the Kingdom of Ruthenia, the People's Republic of Hashima, the Principality of Imvrassia, the Republic of Brändholm, the Republic of Pyeonghwaloun, the Republic of Suwerenny, the Democratic Union of the Wakatipu, the State of Dachenia and was a member of the Asian Micronations, of the European Micronations Union, of the Union Against Micronational War and of the United Micronations.
In 20 October 2015, after a putsch, the micronation ceased to exists.
Transports
In Devon Island there aren't streets and airports.
In Kadykčan there are just some streets and there aren't airports, highways and railway stations.
In Mednyj Island there are just some unpaved streets, mostly not easily usable.
For can arrive into Mednyj Island from seaway is possible to take a ferry boat from the russian city of Petropavlovsk.
In Mednyj Island there aren't airports, the nearest one is in the Russian city of Petropavlovsk.
For can arrive into Pripyat and the rest of the former Principality of Pripyat' is possible to take a bus from the Ukrainian city of Kiev.
In Pripyat' streets are almost completely practicable (also if somewhere plant roots protrude from the asphalt).
Around the other cities of the former Principality of Pripyat', there are streets, some practicable and some not.
For can arrive into Pripyat' is possible to take a bus from the ukrainian city of Kiev.
In Pripyat there aren't airports, the nearest is in the ukrainian city of Kiev.
In Pripyat there is a railway station, not more used since the disaster of Chernobyl.
In Rasshua there aren't streets and there aren't airports (the nearest airport is in the Russian city of Petropavlovsk).
For can arrive into Rasshua by sea is possible to take a ferry boat from the Russian city of Petropavlovsk.
Economy
The economy of the Great Empire of Dikameppra was managed by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
The biggest economical activities inside the Great Empire of Dikameppra was fishing.
Inside the Great Empire of Dikameppra territory there was only a bank,called "National Bank of the Great Empire of Dikameppra" (NBGED), that was a public bank, property of the Empire. Its main task was the banking services to citizens.
Politic
Within the Great Empire of Dikameppra, the Parliament of the Great Empire of Dikameppra represented the government of the Republic.
It had only a branch, called "Senate" (French: Sénat), (Russian: Cенат), and was formed by 25 members.
People was able to vote for elections of the members; the minimum age for can vote was 18 years old.

The Supreme Court was the highest judicial authority in the Great Empire of Dikameppra.

The law of the 3 March 2015, number 1, article 3, paragraph 1, established that was a citizen of the Great Empire of Dikameppra:
- A son/daughter of a father/mother with citizenship of the Great Empire of Dikameppra, that born inside national territory;
- A son/daughter of a father/mother with citizenship of the Great Empire of Dikameppra, that born outside national territory;
- Everyone that after had required to become a citizen at the Citizenship Department, received a positive answer.
In the Great Empire of Dikameppra, the citizenship was assigned to people by the Citizenship Department.
It provided citizens of an identity card, that citizens was able to use as personal document, only inside the national territories.
